Every year I make a vision board full of goals I want to achieve and exciting things to look forward to. This year, I focused on a lot of different goals like "stretch every day" and "plant a veggie garden" and many more. Well-read Wardrobes: Catherine Earnshaw
The Cathy Earnshaw Wardrobe When I read Wuthering Heights for the first time, I was shocked and alarmed at its unpleasantness. Though I knew that it was widely revered and tragic in nature, I had no idea just how unlikable the characters would be. Let’s be real. Cathy is an awful human being. Overall impression: This book needed way more editing. I picked up this book mainly because I thought the title and cover were beautiful and I thought perhaps there was something I could learn from it. And although the subject matter is intriguing and no matter how beautifully Christina Patterson constructs a sentence, this book is… Continue reading The Art of Not Falling Apart – A review
What’s Your Favourite Scary Movie?
The scary movies I watched were always about regular people. The types of people who would dress up in costumes and parade around as masked psycho killers. They were so theatrical. The chilling music perfectly in sync with the stabs, the lingering shots on the lead characters, hinting that someone could be watching them and the eerie silences foreshadowing that something bad was about to happen.
